How to Use Food Grade Peroxide

I couldn't find any step by step testimonials so I thought I'd write one.

I bought 35% Food Grade from our local health food store & a gallon of distilled water. I measured out 1 1/4 cup of water, dumped that out and added 1 1/4 cup of H2O2 to make a gallon of 3% solution.

Never use the 35% straight in a glass of water. Only mix 3% solution in with your glass of water!

I started slow with three drops in a 20oz glass of purified water on an empty stomach. Because my schedule didn't allow me to drink it 3x a day, I only drank it once in the morning.

Now everyone's experience is different...here's what happened to me.

I experienced nausea...a lot of nausea. I had to gradual increase # of drops every day. If the nausea got to be too much I would reduce the drops until I could tolerate it and then start going back up. My goal was to drink 1 oz a day. Although I did reach this goal I couldn't maintain it. The nausea was too much, so I dropped down to .5 oz. I did this routine everyday for 2 months

Other symptoms included pooping a lot, anal itching, some sinus problems, head cold like stuff, intense fatigue in the afternoon, facial breakouts, some small rashes, back aches, joint aches and some headaches. Each individual symptom only lasted 3-7 days.

The good news: I did have a lot of energy in the morning and my mood improved. My Blood Pressure went from 132/90 to 115/90. My thyroid increased. My oral health improved. My gums were no longer bleeding and irritated and I didn't have any cavities (I usually have at least 1-3 every time I go), my appetite decreased, and I didn't crave junk food anymore.

I'm very thankful I found this website. It truly has changed my life for the better.


Pain

I did some research in 2008 because I lived with pain on my T5 after suffering from a bout of shingles. The doc got rid of the rash but said I had to learn to live with the pain, it killed my golf. I went from a single figure to a 20+ hcp.

I started ingesting food grade Hydrogen Peroxide, the correct dosage, and it got rid of all my problems within a year.

Have been doing same for eight years now and have not had a cold or sore throat all this time which I suffer at least once every year. Only reaction was the normal reaction in the early stages in the first month and at 76, I am doing fine.

For those that do not know, HP was the antiseptic of the 40's just after I was born.

I still take 10 drops of 3% food grade every day and will continue till my sun sets. If you suffer any reactions I think you are over dosing, so watch it.


Ear and Sinus Issues

Dear Karri,

Hydrogen is so widely used in the ears...I would tend to think the problem with your ears is a complication of your cold and not the peroxide.

Either way, a clove of garlic may do the trick.

You can peel a clove of garlic, being careful not to prick it. Just get off the papery part. Find a clove that is big enough to put at the opening of your ear but that is not small enough to go into your ear. Use a bandana or something to keep it at the opening to your ear for an hour or two. Garlic (and onions) tend to draw out fluid. They also help inflammation and infection.

A warm rice sock would be an alternative to the above. Or your could alternate.

Multiple Cures

I love this website. The thought of losing so many loved ones recently makes me very sad. Had I known about Earth Clinic, perhaps they would still be here. I have been using several different remedies. I tried the hydrogen peroxide method first. I use it in my water mostly, but sometimes I use the spray pump. I smoke heavily and my breathing has changed so much for the better. I have much more energy and overall feel good. I am diabetic and have very dry peeling feet. I soak my feet in enough water to cover the top of my feet and add about 1/2 cup of peroxide to the water and soak about 30 minutes or longer if I have the time. After 2 times, I could see my feet start to heal.

Also, I found 3% peroxide without stabilizers at the family dollar store. I can taste the difference. Thank you so much.
